- Management seminars on merger competence
As designated M&A project manager you are asked to design PMI project architectures and layout integration processes according to defined merger targets; you are responsible for HR activities e.g. retention programs and you organize all change communications. In this seminar you will learn basics and expert knowledge of merger competence and PMI excellence. You will add new tools to your (PMI-) project management tool-kit and be ready to manage large PMI processes.
- Strategic and hands-on PMI process consulting:
As PMI experts, we assist and support all of your PMI activities, that is preparatory activities prior to the closing, i.e. providing PMI risk profiles and suggesting counter action, drafting of retention schemes and preparing the PMI project and communications.
